Raw Foods – Enzymes

Every plant, vegetable, fruit, nut, and seed in its raw natural state is composed of atoms and molecules. Within these atoms and molecules reside the vital elements we know as enzymes. They are not things or substances! They are the life-principle in the atoms and molecules of every living cell.

Raw foods are full of enzymes. Cooked and processed foods have none. Enzymes play a vital part in the digestion of our foods, in fighting disease and in breaking down foreign matter. Only raw foods have life force and enzymes. Vitamins, minerals and amino acids can keep you alive, but life force and enzymes will keep you vibrantly alive. You can eat foods without life force or enzymes and still get minerals and proteins, but you cannot eat foods with life force and enzymes and not also get vitamins, minerals and proteins.
