General Dietary Guidelines

 

Eliminate:
Refined salt
Refined sugar
Refined flour
Refined vegetable oils
Margarine
Cold water
Soft and cola drinks
Coffee (also decaffeinated)
Refined carbohydrates

Include:
Natural sea salt
Raw sugar
Whole-grain flour
Cold pressed oils
Almond butter
Room temperature water
Fresh juices
Herbal tea
Natural complex carbohydrates

  • Do not drink water or juice during or immediately after meal but on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before food.
